Neilesh is a native of San Antonio; he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004 and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009. He joined Galaxy in 2005 and has worked in several positions within the organization. His current responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Direct Oversight of All Internal and External Operations, Formulating the Company’s Strategic Plan, Establish Organizational SOP for Project and Financial Controls, Client Relations, Contract Negotiations, Pre-Construction Services, Corporate Communications, Media and Project Estimating Flow.

Ramiro “RC” Contreras - Executive Vice President of Operations
As Executive Vice President of Operations, RC’s responsibilities include overseeing and implementing systems for both office and field operations, supervising three project managers and their teams ensuring that daily tasks of contracting, purchasing, constructing and managing multiple projects are maintained. RC received a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 1980 from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. He also attended Texas State Technical Institute, Waco, Texas and received his A.A.S. in Drafting and Design in 1973. He has over 38 years progressive experience in general contracting and construction management. Since joining Galaxy, RC has been involved in many major projects, achieving a reputation as a dedicated professional to our clients and the completion of successful projects.
Cara DeAnda – Chief Operating Officer
Cara has over a decade of tax, consulting, and accounting experience, including significant experience in real estate development, construction, and partnership taxation. Cara is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, and a member of the Executive Committee for Urban Land Institute – San Antonio. She is a 2002 graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.
Kimberly "Nicole" Braddock - Executive Director of Accounting
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she obtained her Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting. Nicole moved from Arkansas to San Antonio in 2013 after being recruited to work for a local accounting firm. Prior to Galaxy, Nicole worked in public accounting, specializing in tax and acting as a business consultant for a variety of different industries. Nicole joined Galaxy in 2016 as our Associate Controller, was promoted to Controller in November 2017, and transitioned into Executive Director of accounting in 2022.
Henry Schmueckle - Executive Director of Operations
The Executive Director of Operations is responsible in leading the department of Project Management Teams, with the support of the Senior Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Henry will provide strategic leadership to ensure that the teams meet their objectives, and the organization continues to grow, while also completing projects in budget and on schedule.
Mick Sidbury - Executive Director of Field Operations
As Executive Director of Field Operations, Mick’s responsibilities include overseeing and implementing systems for both office and field operations. Supervising three project management teams to insure that daily tasks of contracting, purchasing, constructing and managing projects are maintained. He has over 35 years progressive experience in a broad spectrum of home building, highway projects, commercial and general contracting with construction management. Mick joined Galaxy Builders as an Assistant Superintendent 19 years ago and has successfully climbed the Galaxy ladder where he has become involved in many major projects, and achieving a reputation as a dedicated professional to our clients and essential component in the completion of successful projects.
