The Stonehouse Apartments are a multifamily development, which provides high-quality, service-enriched housing to qualifying residents.
Located at 4950 Woodstone Drive, the complex includes 10 two-and three-story, garden style buildings with five different floor plans, a full-service clubhouse, and office facility and swimming pool. The new apartments are strategically located near major retail and employment generators such as USAA, UTSA, Valero, and Fiesta Texas.
Access to the property is easy, as well, with connections to major interstate thoroughfares nearby and public transportation readily available.
Service-enriched housing, such as Stonehouse, incorporates social services into the operating and managment of housing. Services and assistance are available to residents but are not a requirement for tenancy. MAUC will provide a wide range of services, to be determined by resident mix and economic status.
Stonehouse will include the latest amenities and features, including a clubhouse, which will contain the leasing/management office, a business and learning center, and a fitness/recreation room. There is also a room within the clubhouse for community events.
All of the units include a full-size washer/dryer connection, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, nine-foot ceilings and walk-in closets. Additionally, the kitchens include a microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, and garbage disposal.
There is a TV outlet in the living rooms and bedrooms, and all of the apartments will include provisions for Internet access. Each unit contains individual HVAC units, water heaters, and outside storage. There is privacy fencing around the complex perimeter, with secure entry gates.
Yolanda N. Arellano, Chairman of the MAUC Board of Directors, said "MAUC is very pleased and proud to be a part of Stonehouse Apartments." She continued, "It brings state-of-the-art accommodations at an affordable rent to people who work hard and deserve a nice place to live for themselves and their families."
